Icona intends to use this service, which we are still enhancing with the help of the market’s Open Source facilities, to act as a solutions provider in the world of e-Learning and Internet collaboration.

More specifically, the basic function is to share Win32 (or the entire screen) applications between computers connected through the Internet via currently available connections (modems, analog devices, ISDN).

Icona’s improvements are aimed at reducing band use, improving how certain network structures are crossed (NAT, Firewall), and confining Web installations to when they are really necessary, making them as easy as possible to use without needing to install preliminary applications (Web one-click install).
