Icona has its own special card to play in the realms of all the various chat line services available in the main portals: the possibility that various means of one-to-one communication using various different channels can also be applied to rooms, and therefore be available to several users.

Several users can congregate in (theme) conversation rooms and communicate as a group by means of written texts or Audio and/or Video facilities.

A multichat environment involves profiling a user and then making the profile available to all those users interested; the user of an Icona multichat facility can take part in various conversations at the same time and be simultaneously visible in different theme rooms.
